With November already here, the pace is picking up as we head into the end of the year.

As a Champion, you play a valuable role in sustaining motivation as teams, especially in the public sector, enter their busiest season.

In this month’s Champion’s Connect, we'll provide you with ideas, tools and strategies to support you in keeping spirits up and creating spaces for genuine feedback and expression—even when the pace picks up.

Inspire open dialogue (anonymity matters!)

Team members can often feel hesitant to share openly about the pressure or any concerns they’re experiencing. Remind them that Trickle provides a safe, anonymous space to speak up. Even us at Trickle can’t get around the anonymity feature!

A simple line in team meetings like, "Just a reminder, Trickle is available if anyone wants to share feedback or concerns anonymously,” can encourage open dialogue can help people feel connected and motivated.

Share how people feel (on and offline)

MoodSense is a great way to understand how people feel on a specific topic, and as a Champion, you can publish them at any time to keep a pulse on how people are feeling.

You can share broad themes or trends with leadership and during team check-ins to address common worries or wins.

This can happen both online, through Trickle, and offline in meetings. Showing people that their feedback is heard and acted on can be a real morale booster.

Promote Trickle on the Go

For teams on the move, especially those juggling multiple projects, being able to check in or provide feedback on the move is invaluable.

For example, you could say something like: Stay connected and share feedback on the go – download the Trickle app here.

Together, these small actions can encourage a culture of continuous feedback, keeping everyone engaged, motivated, and feeling heard.
