As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on everything you’ve done this year as a Trickle Champion.

At Trickle, we want to say a big thank you. Your efforts have been vital in keeping your team engaged, connected, and supported throughout the year.

Looking back

Take a moment to revisit the completed Trickles from this year.

Think about:

  • What themes have emerged?

  • Are there recurring challenges that could be a focus for next year?

Reflecting on these insights can be a powerful tool to guide your plans for 2025.

You could also use Trickle to:

  • Celebrate Milestones: Acknowledge personal or team achievements from 2024 with Shout Abouts and Fist Bumps.

  • Wellbeing Focus: Share seasonal tips to support health and happiness in December/January using Trickles and Shout Abouts.

  • Team Engagement: Invite feedback on what your colleagues would love to see on Trickle in 2025 with a Trickle.
