🚨 A Flare is a simple way to flag urgently and privately that isn't right.
🚨 Anything that you feel you need support with one to one can be raised as a Flare. Flares are only visible to you and the Flare responder you raise it with.

🚨 You can raise a Flare anonymously, or put your name to them in the same way as you can when raising a Trickle.
🚨 Once a Flare is raised, it’s picked up by your chosen Flare responder, who will look into it and keep you updated.
🚨 If you notice something, say something. Raising a Flare only takes a moment, but it can have a big impact.
