1. Schedule Trickles and Shout Abouts in Advance
Planning ahead just got easier! You now have the ability to schedule Trickles and Shout Abouts in advance, allowing you to:
Strategically Plan Communications: Align your messages with upcoming events, campaigns, or key dates without the need to be online at the exact moment.
Maintain Consistent Engagement: Ensure a steady flow of information and recognition, keeping your team informed and motivated.
Now, with all three tools able to be scheduled in advance - Trickles, Shout Abouts, and MoodSense - you can be well-prepared for the year ahead. Fostering a proactive and organised communication strategy just got that bit easier.
2. Comment Anonymously on Shout Abouts
We're committed to promoting psychological safety within the workplace. To support this, we've introduced the option to comment anonymously on Shout Abouts based on customer feedback. This feature enables you to:
Express Honest Feedback: Share your thoughts and opinions without any reservations, encouraging open and genuine dialogue.
Foster Inclusive Participation: Engage all team members, including those who may feel hesitant to voice their opinions publicly.
By allowing anonymous comments, we aim to create a more inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts.
Champion Tips for April
Make use of new scheduling features: Getting prepared for the year ahead couldn’t be easier now. Whether it’s scheduling a Trickle in advance, scheduling company announcements/colleague work anniversaries with a Shout About or just keeping your finger on the pulse via regular MoodSense, it couldn’t be easier to plan ahead with Trickle.
Promote anonymous commenting on Shout Abouts: Reassure your team about the anonymity feature by sharing a Shout About that explains how it works. Emphasise that this is a secure way to provide feedback, fostering a culture of trust and openness. Encourage your team to comment anonymously to see it in action!
Utilise MoodSense regularly: Schedule MoodSense surveys to gauge the team's sentiments on various topics. This proactive approach helps in identifying areas of improvement and celebrating successes. You can also use MoodSense results as a ‘free’ source of inspiration for a Trickle or Shout About to gauge opinion on or raise awareness of a particular topic or issue.
