Hello Champion,

Change is something every organisation experiences - whether it’s a restructure, a merger, or a shift in strategic direction.

While these periods can bring opportunities for growth, they can also lead to uncertainty, stress, and a drop in morale if not handled with care.

This month, we’re focusing on how Trickle can support you and your colleagues during times of change - helping to create a workplace that remains open, connected, and resilient no matter what’s going on.

💬 Open Up the Conversation with Trickles and Shout Abouts

When things feel uncertain, communication is key. Encourage your people to use Trickles to raise suggestions about how change could be better managed or supported.

This gives everyone a sense of agency and helps leadership tap into valuable insights from across the organisation.

Don’t forget the power of Shout Abouts either - they’re a simple way of raising awareness of what is going on in your organisation.

They can also be a meaningful way to recognise the people who are going above and beyond, even when things feel unsettled.

📣 Give People a Safe Space with Anonymity

We know that not everyone feels comfortable speaking up during uncertain times. That’s when Anonymous Trickles can be a powerful tool.

It allows your colleagues to share honest feedback, concerns, or questions without fear of judgement - and gives you a chance to identify areas that may need a bit more attention.

As a Champion, you can help by regularly reminding your teams that this feature is available and checking in on what’s coming through anonymously.

✅ Build Trust with MoodSense

Even simple MoodSense can give you a read on how people are feeling. Use them to pulse check mood, gather quick thoughts, or guide decision making.

More in-depth questions can also help involve people in the process - whether it’s deciding on new team processes post-change, or prioritising wellbeing initiatives.

When people feel consulted, they’re more likely to feel supported.

👊 Recognise people’s efforts

During periods of change or uncertainty in an organisation, it is more important than ever to ensure that good work doesn’t go unrecognised.

You can use Trickle’s Fist Bump feature to recognise a colleague who has helped you in your day to day at work and help that individual feel part of a wider team.

🌱 Take the Lead

Change can feel destabilising - but it’s also an opportunity to reinforce what matters most.

As a Champion, your role is so important right now. By staying visible, checking in regularly, and using Trickle to keep the human side of work front and centre, you help keep your culture strong.

Need inspiration or support? We’re just a message away and we’d love to hear from you.

Thanks again for all you do. Here’s to navigating change, together.
