Use Shout About to spotlight moments of positive impact - whether someone stepped up to support a teammate, solved a tricky problem, or simply showed kindness.
Support ideas and suggestions that reflect the values your team stands by. You can do this by supporting and commenting on Trickles & Shout Abouts.
Use MoodSense regularly to check the pulse of your team, and follow up with Trickles to invite deeper feedback based on the results.
Raise a Trickle asking your team: “What everyday behaviours help us work well together?” or “What actions build trust here?”
Encourage feedback on decisions and updates, so your team feels heard and involved in shaping the direction of your workplace. Why not take this moment to encourage your team to post/comment anonymously with any ideas or suggestions they may have.
When people see others speaking up, offering ideas, or being recognised for meaningful contributions, they’re more likely to get involved themselves. This builds trust and confidence - and helps shape your culture from the inside out.
