As we move into the final stretch of 2025, it’s a great time to refocus, celebrate progress, and make sure the actions you’re taking now set your team up for a strong finish to the year.

In this edition of Champions Connect, we’re exploring how you can keep momentum high, align on objectives, and use Trickle to ensure every voice continues to shape meaningful change.

How close are you to reaching your objectives?

Remember those goals and objectives your organisation set at the start of the year? Now is the perfect time to pause and review where you stand.

Take stock of your progress. What’s on track, what needs a final push, and where might there be opportunities to gather insight or spark collaboration through Trickle?

Here are some ideas for Champions to help teams close the gap before year-end:

1. Revisit priorities: Use a Trickle to ask, “Which of our goals feels most achievable before year-end?” This helps clarify focus and identify blockers.

2. Gather fresh input: Post a MoodSense to ask how confident people feel about reaching year-end targets. This can surface hidden challenges early.

Celebrate progress and share learning

Use this time to reflect not only on what has been achieved, but also on how it happened.

  • Share a “Top 3 Wins” Trickle and invite your team to post their proudest moments from 2025.

  • Highlight success stories where employee feedback led to real change to reinforce the power of employee voice.

  • Encourage your team to recognise one another’s efforts through Fist Bumps to create a sense of appreciation and belonging.
