Fist Bumps are a way to give praise and recognition to someone directly for doing something awesome! Fist Bumps are only visible to you and the recipient. 🤜🤛

Select the Fist Bump icon at the top of your screen.

Select Recipient

A list of users in your organisation will appear, you can scroll through the list and select the person you want to send praise to or type their name in the search bar to find them.

Write Praise

Once you have selected the person receiving praise you can type up to 140 characters into the text box. You can also add emojis for some extra flair! 👍🥳

Create Fist Bump

Once you have finished typing hit 'Create Fist Bump' and your colleague will be notified.

Congratulations you've successfully completed your first Fist Bump! 👏

You have two options here, you can either select 'What's on your mind?' at the top of the screen or select the + symbol inside the blue circle on the bottom right of your screen. Clicking on either of these buttons will bring you to an area 'New Post' where you can then select Fist Bump.

When you've finished typing hit the blue arrow pointing right above the text box and your colleague will be notified.

You can easily respond to a Fist Bump by selecting one of the emoji responses, by typing a message response or both!
