Shout Abouts are announcement posts that appear in your Activity Feed. They're a chance to share important news, celebrate team wins or even just rejoice about the office party etc.
How do I post a Shout About on Desktop?
Select 'New Post' at the top of your screen and choose Shout About.
Select Audience
A Shout About can be directed towards a particular audience within your organisation, this might be:
your department
people at a specific location e.g. the London office
a particular team e.g. the marketing team
everyone within the organisation
Type your Shout About
Enter what you’d like to say in the text box. You are able to type up to 8000 characters, meaning you can share blog style posts too.
Share your Shout About
Once you have finished typing, click ‘Create Shout About’ and your colleagues will be able to view your post.
Congratulations you’ve successfully shared your first Shout About! 👏

How do I post a Shout About on Mobile App
Click on New Post
You have two options, you can either select 'What's on your mind?' at the top of the screen or select the + icon in the blue circle on the bottom right of your screen.
Clicking on either of these buttons will bring you to an area 'New Post' where you can then select Shout About.
Select audience
You can choose the most relevant audience for your post, this might be your department, people at your location or the whole organisation.
Type your Shout About
Enter what you’d like to say in the text box. You can type up to 8000 characters, meaning you can share blog style posts too.
Share Shout About
Once you have finished typing, click on the blue arrow at the top right of your screen and your colleagues will be able to view your post.
