You can manage which email notifications you receive from Trickle in app by clicking on your profile, top right, then selecting email notifications and toggling notification categories on/off.

​ Alternatively you can click ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email Trickle sends to you. You can then toggle notification categories on/off.

To manage your mobile app notifications please visit 'Settings', then select 'Notifications' and then choose which activities you want to be kept up to date on.
