Let us know if this problem occurs every time you log in to Trickle
Let us know if the same thing is happening to other users in your organisation

What device are you using? (e.g. iPhone 11, Samsung S21)
Are you using the app on mobile data or WiFi?
The version of the app (we show it on the bottom of the sidebar menu) and it might look like v1.15.8. If you can't see this it's not a problem
