We have included some information below that's helpful to share with us if you're experiencing a technical issue:

πŸ–₯️ Using Trickle on desktop

  • What browser are you using? (e.g Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome).

    NB: The best browser for using Trickle is Google Chrome.

  • What is your computer's operating system? (e.g. Windows 10, macOS BigSur)

  • Include any screenshots that show the problem

  • Let us know if this problem occurs every time you log in to Trickle

  • Let us know if the same thing is happening to other users in your organisation

πŸ“± Using the Trickle mobile App

  • What device are you using? (e.g. iPhone 11, Samsung S21)

  • Are you using the app on mobile data or WiFi?

  • The version of the app (we show it on the bottom of the sidebar menu) and it might look like v1.15.8. If you can't see this it's not a problem

  • Include any screenshots that show the problem
