How you can use Categories to optimise your organisation's Trickle experience

When setting up your Trickle platform you can define the categories you would like to be available to assign Trickles to.

Trickles can be tagged with categories relevant to the subject being discussed. Users can also filter by Trickle category to see what others have raised on similar themes, or check if people are already discussing a certain topic in an existing Trickle.

Management and leadership can use categories to spot trends and focus on what is most relevant to them.

We can use categories for transient projects, e.g 'maternity leave policy review' or 'Quarter 1 Sales Objectives' as well as more permanent areas of discussion such as Values, Learning and Development or Systems and Technology.
