Anonymity 👤 - Trickle offers you optional anonymity at every step so that everyone has the confidence to be authentic in their responses, giving leaders the most accurate picture of the health of your organisation.

Audience – You can choose what audience to post a Trickle or Shout About too, including your department, location or the whole organisation.

B

Belonging - A sense of belonging is a basic human need which is hardwired into our DNA. Trickle supports a work culture in which everybody feels that they belong by providing a space for employees to feel heard, respected and treated fairly.

C

Champions 🏆 - Champions are the platform’s super users and are assigned by your organisation. They can do everything a User can do whilst also having the ability to raise MoodSense questions and take ownership of Trickles to help reach a positive resolution.

Confide – Confide is our wellbeing package. Your organisation may need to upgrade to this feature if you do not have access to it. Simply contact us at [email protected] to speak to our team about Confide.

E

Emojis 😀 – An emoji is a small digital image or icon used to express an idea or emotion. You can use these when posting a Trickle, Fist Bump or Shout-About in the Trickle App.

F

Fist Bump 👊 – This is a quick and fun way to give 1-2-1 praise and recognition to a colleague. They are only visible to you and the recipient.

Flames 🔥 – Flames are an option within the comments section of a Trickle and, alongside likes and comments, enable Trickles to be automatically ranked so that the Champions within your organisation can work in real-time on what matters most to the people within your organisation.

Flares (Confide customers)– A Flare is a quick and easy way for you to access private one-to-one support or seek guidance on any issue. Flares can be useful when you have issues with specific individuals, safety or ethical concerns, or a personal work matter that's impacting your health, happiness or wellbeing. You can raise a Flare anonymously if you would prefer and they are always private, therefore they do not appear in the main Activity Feed.

Flare Responders (Confide customers) - Flare responders are nominated by your organisation to respond to private Flares.

H

Help Centre - This is where you can send the Trickle team a message or you can access useful articles on how to use Trickle within the app.

How Was Your Day? 🙂 😕 – This is an in-app wellbeing tool that gives Users a simple way to monitor their personal wellbeing and to better understand what impacts positively or negatively on their day. As a User you will receive a weekly email digest to allow you to reflect on areas that you may want to focus or improve on. The information you submit here is anonymous.

I

Insights Dashboard – This is where champions can access data-driven insights to lead on improvements and identify opportunities within your organisation. ALL user data captured in Trickle is completely anonymous so employees can be truthful without fear, and organisations can reveal a clear picture of what’s going well and what requires action.

M

MoodSense – This is a tool used by Champions within your organisation to quickly check-in and see how you’re doing or feeling at that moment. You can quickly and easily respond to a MoodSense question by selecting a face from sad to happy. Your response is always anonymous so you can freely share your opinion or feelings. After the vote closes the results will be visible for everyone to see on the Activity Feed.

MoodSense Guidance (Confide customers) - This feature allows your organisation to add customised guidance to MoodSense responses including instant signposting to internal or external support resources.

N

Notifications – Trickle will send you notifications by email to keep you up to date with activity on your Trickle feed. If you want to change these, you can do so in the Account area of the app under the “Email Notifications” tab.

S

Settings – This is where Champions can review MoodSense posts that have been scheduled, are in progress and have been closed.

Shout About 📢 – This is a great way to make an announcement, share an important piece of news or celebrate a big win with others in your organisation or team.

T

Team ID – Your organisation has a unique Team ID which you will receive by email when Trickle is launched by your organisation. If you are unsure of your Team ID you can email us at [email protected] or ask one of your organisation's Trickle Champions. You can login to Trickle on your desktop at app.trickle.works or simply search for ‘Trickle’ in your mobile app store to download.

A Trickle 💧 - A Trickle is a post that you can use to raise issues, ask questions, share suggestions or offer your opinion. Your co-workers can react with follow-up messages, comments and emojis to get the discussion started. Once a Champion has worked to find a resolution to a Trickle, they will call on Users to vote on this resolution.

Trickle App – Trickle is a safe space within your organisation for you to share your thoughts, make suggestions, raise concerns and ask questions. It is a platform to share your voice, get recognition for your hard work, and access tools to support and improve your wellbeing.

U

User – This is everyone within your organisation who has been invited to use the Trickle App.

W

Whitelisting - We send out a variety of emails to users, therefore an important step to ensure that Users receive these is to ensure that your organisation has 'whitelisted' our domain. We provide whitelisting information to your Trickle admins to ensure that you receive our emails.
