If you are an Admin on your Trickle account, you can invite new Users to join Trickle at any time.
๐ง How to invite new Users to Trickle
Login via the web app (desktop).
Click on "Org settings" in the bottom left of the screen.
Select the"Invitations" tab
Select "Invite" on the top right of the screen
Enter or paste the email addresses you would like to invite, one per line (ensure the email address is activated if the person is new to your organisation).
Select "Next: Role"
Choose what access level/role type the users should have (User, Champion, Admin or Owner. NB - Each user must be added by user type.
Select "Next: Review"
To send the invite click the "Send Invitations" button.
Click "Done" to finish the process.
๐ก Tip: It's useful to inform the new user about Trickle and let them know to expect an invite. You may wish to send them this infographic outlining what Trickle is and why your organisation is using Trickle.
