Administrators can invite and remove users from the Trickle platform. Some organisations frequently have employees moving on to other projects and to keep on top of this turnover Administrators can manage invitations and users in app.
Cancel Pending Invitations
Begin by clicking on 'manage organisation' at the bottom left hand corner of your screen on desktop.

Bulk Delete
If you need to remove a large number of users and pending invitations at one time please reach out to your Customer Wellbeing Manager and provide them with a full list of email addresses.
