Thanks to your invaluable feedback, we've introduced some fantastic updates to Trickle designed to enhance your experience.

Here’s a rundown of what’s changed:

Revamped look and feel of posts

Posts have undergone a makeover! With clearer call-to-action buttons and fresh comment, supporters, and reaction tabs, we aim to modernise your experience and make post actions more intuitive and engaging.

NEW: Completed page ✅

Discover the value that Trickle is adding to your organisation with our new completed page! Here, you can explore completed trickles and their resolutions, making it easy for you to share with people the difference Trickle is making to your organisation.

Sleek new post process

Experience fewer clicks and a more sleek, modern design with our new post process. We’ve consolidated certain steps together, responding to customer requests for a smoother, more efficient user experience.

We’re also introducing additional enhancements exclusively for Champions and Admins.

Here’s what’s coming your way:

  • Improved Completion Screen
We've added clear instructions and a read-only comment view to the completion screen to boost your confidence in using Trickle and make it easier to write a resolution while having the preceding discussion visible in the same place.

  • Delete MoodSense from the App (Admins Only):
To streamline MoodSense functions with other parts of the product, Admins can now delete MoodSense directly from the app, a function that previously required a request to our Customer Wellbeing team.

  • Post a Trickle from MoodSense
Opening up new avenues of engagement, you can now post a Trickle directly from a MoodSense, encouraging a seamless flow between features.

  • Shout About Completed Trickles
Further fostering engagement, you now have the ability to post a shout about to let colleagues know about a completed Trickle; this creates an easy way for you to increase interaction internally.
