👉 New and improved Trickle x Microsoft Teams integration
As a Trickle Champion, we wanted you to be the first to know that the Trickle app is now available in the Microsoft Store and available to integrate with Microsoft Teams! You'll be able to:
💫 Stay in the loop by getting your Trickle app notifications within Teams.
💫 View posts, comments and reactions.
💫 Vote on a MoodSense.
💫 Launch the Trickle app from Teams and to comment on a post.
In this newly improved version, all individual users will have to add the Trickle app in Microsoft Teams.
Don't use Microsoft Teams? We also integrate with Slack. For more information, reach out to your Customer Wellbeing Manager.
❗️Update to removing users
In the unfortunate event that users want to be removed from Trickle, we’ll now ask them to get in touch with their Trickle Admins who have permission to action.
💡 Top tip! We recommend reaching out to your HR department to ensure Trickle is a part of your organisation’s onboarding and offboarding process to ensure user lists are up-to-date.
🔥 Trickles can now be supported anonymously
To increase psychological safety in the Trickle app, everyone now has the choice to support Trickles anonymously.
How Trickle can support the holiday season.
Take advantage of scheduling.
Progress can still be made on Trickle, even if several Champions are off at the same time. Get ahead by scheduling MoodSense so results are available when more of the group are back. Remember: Scheduling Trickles is coming soon too!
Boost awareness of capacity levels with Shout Abouts.
We regularly hear from customers that visibility of holidays across teams can be limited. Posting a Shout About as simple as: “There’s usually 10 of us in the Admin team, but we’re operating at half that during the second week of July” can help to improve cross team visibility.
Ask for support with Trickles.
Raising a Trickle is a great way to ask for support - especially for an unexpected request as it's likely that someone somewhere will know the answer.
Send a Fist Bump to say thank you.
Show appreciation and boost positivity by sending someone a Fist Bump to say thanks for covering your holiday. They only take a couple of seconds to send and really show that you care.
