As we settle back into working routines, we wanted to share how Trickle can help support your organisational goals for 2024.


Are your people aware of your organisation's goals for the year ahead?

MoodSenses are the perfect way to understand if people know what the organisation’s goals are for the year ahead. You can take this further by asking people if they know how their role fits in to achieving these goals.

💡 Top tip: Example MoodSense questions could be: I understand the objectives our organisation wants to achieve this year or I understand how my role aligns to our organisations objectives.


Discuss MoodSense results in the Champions Chat

When MoodSenses close, discuss the results and follow-up actions in the Champions Chat. If you @ someone, they'll receive an email notification.

If majority of people understand your organisation’s goals, post a Shout About to share this and praise how well these have been communicated.

If sentiment is negative, use the opportunity to share what the goals are and link to resources. You could also set this up with MoodSense Guidance so people see the resources when they cast their vote.

Check in regularly with Recurring MoodSense

If you'd like to check-in with people regularly - whether to ask about their wellbeing, a specific project or initiative, remember you can set up a Recurring MoodSense which publishes automatically.
