There are 3 Trickle user "types" - Users, Champions and Administrators - that collectively support positive engagement on Trickle and drive meaningful organisational change.

Everyone is a Trickle User on the platform! That means everyone can get involved in driving improvements within your organisation by sharing ideas, raising challenges or asking questions on a Trickle (conversational threads), voting on MoodSense's (temperature checks), and posting Shout About's.

Everyone can also send "feel good" 1-2-1 Fist Bumps and complete their How was your day? personal wellbeing tracker.

Champions are your nominated Trickle advocates. They can do everything Trickle Users can do whilst having access to extra features to enable them to progress ideas, opportunities and challenges that are surfaced on the platform. Champions ensure people are heard and action happens. You can read more about the Champions role here.

💡 top tip: many Champions Teams have a "core" team of champions who meet regularly plus specialist champions who can be assigned trickles or included in conversations where they are experts, as required.

💡 top tip: The best Champions Teams are diverse, blended teams with individuals from many areas and levels in the organisation. For example - senior leaders, wellbeing leads, workforce development leads, HR specialists, team leads and members of your end user group. Choose individuals who really have their ears and eyes on what's happening with your people and people who can make improvements to your organisation.

In smaller organisations, some of your Champions can be assigned as Admins, in larger organisations this role may be assigned separately. They can do everything Trickle Users and Champions can do whilst having access to extra administrative features to enable them to optimise and manage the platform.
